This is our revised policy as of February 2026. We may thoughtfully change the covid policy close to the event to balance our safety ideals with the current covid reality. We will communicate any updates to this policy with registered attendees.

We ask that you agree to comply with any safety protocols that ESS puts in place to ensure the safety of the community.

Anticipated guidelines:

• Don’t come if you have symptoms
• Masks are welcome but not required

We will:

• Pay attention to Covid case numbers in the Northeast and make changes to our plans and guidelines as needed.
• Work to make sure that activities happen in well-ventilated spaces where possible.
• Help folks distribute sleeping arrangements (cabins, tenting space, and indoor bedrooms) so that everyone is comfortable. You can indicate your preferences on the registration form. Feel free to email us if you have any questions about available facilities.
